How to make a return<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1) Contact us<\/a><\/strong>, communicating the order ID (or the products) that you want to return.<\/p>\n

2) Prepare the package to be returned by placing the product to be returned in a package.<\/p>\n

3) Print the summary of your order and insert it in the package with the product.<\/p>\n

4) Apply a label on the package with the “return” address shown in the “Packing Slip” present in the package you received. If you no longer have it, please let us know and we will send you the return address.<\/p>\n

1) In the case of two returns of different orders, you can group the goods in a single shipment.<\/p>

2) The refund is made within 10 working days of receipt and verification of the goods using the same payment method with which the purchase was made.<\/p>

3) Keep in mind that the reimbursement of the full amount takes place only in cases where the returned goods have not been visibly used nor are they consumed. The returned product must maintain the same conditions as the product you purchased and received.<\/p>
